New news, even newer than yesterday’s news! - It was announced this morning that the authorities in Pyongyang have changed their mains about ending the Arirang Mass Games and have decided on a brief extension of the event. As it stands right now performances of Arirang will resume tomorrow (Sept 12th) and continue up until September 27th. There is a possibility that there may be a show on the 29th September also but this is not confirmed yet.
So it’s a dramatic change to the information passed out just yesterday, sorry to bring confusing news but the latest is that the Arirang performance is back on and any tourists visiting during that time will be able to attend
